Using the site https://pranoya.ro/ (hereinafter the “Site”) constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions below. Also, in order to benefit from certain services offered through the site, you must create a user account, on which occasion by checking the field “I agree with Terms and conditions ”You will also express your express consent.
The terms and conditions apply to all users of the site (hereinafter “users”) and take precedence over any other agreement between them and PRANOYA.
If we suspect any fraudulent activity or behavior of your use of the site, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the site at any time without notice.
PRANOYA has the exclusive right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to consult them periodically.

In order to use certain services, you must create an account and log in.
To create an account it is necessary to enter your name, an e-mail address and set up an access password (we recommend creating a strong password, containing at least a capital letter, a character and a number – eg Password1. ).
After entering your email address and setting up an access password, you will receive a link in the email through which you must confirm the creation of the account. If the confirmation and verification process has been completed successfully, your account will be activated and you can log in using the email address and password entered when creating the account.

If you connect to the site using your Facebook account, we use the account information, such as: name, profile picture and email address. However, the information collected may differ depending on the policies or privacy settings for these accounts. To check what information you will share with us, before using your Facebook account, we recommend that you click on “Continue with Facebook” -> “ Edit the info you provide ”, Edit the information and only then click“ Continue as the name of your Facebook account ”.
We need access to photos, media, and files stored on your device in order to exchange your profile picture in the “My Account” section with an existing photo on your device.
PRANOYA grants the user a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without the right to sublicense, on the territory of Romania, in accordance with this Agreement.
The user has no right to redistribute all or part of the license granted under this Agreement. The granting of the license by PRANOYA is conditioned on the continuous observance by the User of all the limitations, restrictions and other terms of the license in this Agreement. In the event of a breach by the User of any of the limitations, restrictions or other terms provided in the Contract, the granting of the license will end automatically and immediately, without PRANOYA owing any damages or indemnities. The descriptions in this section regarding the license define the limit of the rights granted to the User by PRANOYA. Any use of the Site outside the scope of the License or in a manner not in accordance with this Agreement constitutes an infringement of PRANOYA’s intellectual property rights as well as an infringement of this Agreement.
If PRANOYA develops an improved version of the previously licensed site to the User, the previously granted license right will continue.
The site can be used in compliance with the following technical conditions:
- Mobile device with operating system: iOS 9+ or Android 6+;
- Laptop / Computer with Windows, Linux, iOS operating system;
- Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Edge
- Internet access.
In order to use the site and have access to the services offered through it, the User must have a technical device (eg mobile phone, laptop) that meets the requirements listed above. PRANOYA does not guarantee the compatibility of your device. with the site. In order to use the site, your device must have access to the internet, the User will bear any costs necessary for this purpose.
It is forbidden to read, copy or manipulate in any way the source code of the site, by any electronic and computer means. Any non-compliance will immediately lead to the prohibition of the use of the site and the services, the User will bear the costs of any damages.
The user is obliged to immediately inform PRANOYA about the loss or destruction of the device used to access the site, so that he can block the account and prevent unauthorized use of the site, which contains personal data (including partial data on the bank card used when paying for products – for more information, check the “Payment by card” section. The user will be informed by email about the account lock. The user will be liable for any damage caused to PRANOYA and / or any of its other collaborators by failing to notify the device, in particular if, as a result of such loss, theft or improper use of the site has been possible.
The services offered through the site are addressed to Users and may be used only in accordance with this Agreement.
By using the site, the User certifies that he is 18 years old or, in the case of minors aged 14-18, that they have obtained the consent of their parents for this purpose.
We recommend that parents instruct their minor children not to transmit their data on the Internet.
However, people over the age of 14 can order the products displayed on the site, but only with parental consent. Thus, parents are responsible for transmitting the personal data of minors to PRANOYA. They are also responsible for transmitting the data related to the bank card assigned to make a payment on the site.
To place orders through the site you need to create an account. The following information will be requested for placing orders (if you have not already entered them): phone number, details of the delivery address, payment method.
PRANOYA considers the information you provide to be accurate, complete and current.

The terms and conditions of the site represent the provisions of the Agreement between you and PRANOYA.
Subject of the contract it consists of: (1) the sale of products, according to the availability of stock; (2) providing services.
price The contract is the sale price of the products displayed on the site and included in the order validated by confirmation by PRANOYA.
The order placed by the User is considered accepted by PRANOYA at the time of receipt by the User of a confirmation from PRANOYA showing that the products are in stock and will be shipped. In this regard, a confirmation from the User of receiving this e-mail is not required.
The prices displayed on the site are expressed in RON (lei) and NOT contain VAT (value added tax). PRANOYA reserves the right to change the displayed prices at any time.
The contract is considered concluded between PRANOYA and the User upon receipt by the User from PRANOYA, by e-mail and / or SMS of the notification of dispatch of the order.
The user can place orders on the site, by adding the desired products in the shopping cart, and will complete the order after completing the steps indicated on the site. By completing the order, the User agrees that all the data provided by him, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true at the date of placing the order.
In order to place an order, you must follow the steps below:

Find out about our products on the site page, by accessing the “PRODUCTS” and “SCIENCE” sections displayed in the site menu.
- Choose the desired products
Once you find a product you want, go to the product page, select the quantity and click the “Add to cart” button.
- Shopping basket
After adding the product to the cart, click the “Cart” button, where you can edit the quantity of the selected products.
- Delivery dates
After checking the products, the quantity and the price you have to pay and agree with them, access the “Continue” button. Fill in the requested information in the newly opened window. To the extent that you have previously filled in this information in the “My Account” section, you only need to confirm the data entered.
- Order completion
Once you have completed the previous steps, make sure again that the products in the shopping cart are the ones selected, and then press the “Place order” button.
After this step you will receive a confirmation email, which includes the order data.
Currently, we offer customers two possibilities through which they can pay the price of the products (Contract Price), respectively payment on delivery (refund) or payment by bank card (online, via the Internet).
If you have chosen the refund method, you will pay for the products upon delivery through the courier company’s agents. This method of payment is not valid for international orders, where you can pay only by card or bank transfer.
Refund package refused
If you have opted for a refund via the platform and have not picked up your order, we reserve the right not to honor any future order placed in your name. as well as the delivery address or the phone number associated with the account, reserving the right to refuse the refund option for up to 5 packages successfully delivered and paid online through the iPay BT application.
We reserve the right to fight any attempt to defraud our company by our own or third party means.
The ordered products can also be paid online, with the bank card, the payments being processed through the Ipay processor ( Banca Transilvania SA ). For more details about the service offered by Banca Transilvania, please consult Terms and Conditions displayed on their website.
Some of the information related to your card is processed by PRANOYA. Thus, we only store the reference to the card with a code, the expiration date, the first and last 4 digits. Otherwise, all data are processed by Banca Transilvania SA.
If you want to make the payment by bank transfer, we will let you know that you must contact us , because at this time the site does not technically allow the launch and completion of the order in this situation.

After making the payment, please send us the payment order, and we will deliver the ordered products to you as soon as possible.

The delivery of the ordered products is made by the courier company Fan Courier Express S.R.L. (hereinafter “Fan Courier” or “Fan”), Delivery Solutions S.A. (hereinafter “Sameday”) or Cargul S.R.L. (hereinafter “Cargus”).
Thus, the cost of orders sent to Romania is 25 RON, if you have opted for payment on the site of the order.
In the case of orders from EU Member States or outside the EU, the cost of transport is 100-150 RON if you do not meet the condition of free transport set on the order minium for the country or region to which it is to be delivered, and the shipment will be carried out by our partner courier companies (hereinafter “Couriers”).
For Non-EU countries, a customs duty is also paid, separately, upon collection of the package, by the consignee. You will be contacted by a customs representative (usually by e-mail) who will provide you with all the necessary information.
According to the legal provisions, when you buy through the site, you can withdraw from the Contract, within 14 days of delivery of the products, without providing a reason.

When you withdraw from the Contract, we will reimburse you for the cost of purchasing the products and the delivery costs within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. However, we mention that we will return the money after returning the products.
In order to refund the amount, we will use the same payment method you used to pay for the cost of the products and services, unless we agree otherwise later.
When you exercise this right, you must ship the products immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal, to the following address:

Please note that all costs associated with returning the products will be borne by you.
It is very important to remember that you are considered responsible for any decrease in the value of the products.
The right to withdraw from the contract NOT is applicable in the following situations:
- If you have opened the packaging with cosmetics and / or other products that come into direct contact with the skin.
- If you have unsealed the product: both the primary and the secondary packaging or it shows visible traces of scratches or stains, which makes it impossible to resell it.
PRANOYA will ensure the proper packaging of the products and the transmission of the accompanying documents (invoice, delivery documents).
* We mention the online order, the invoice is automatically generated by our SmartBill billing program and sent to the customer on the email declared and associated with the account.
The execution and delivery time of your order can vary between one day and five working days, both depending on the available stock and the availability of the courier company. In the case of courier companies, we mention that the previously mentioned term can be exceeded, not being able to manage the actual delivery of the product after delivery to the courier.
Also, during the PROMOTIONS displayed through the site, the aforementioned term may be longer, being influenced primarily by the number of orders or by the annual crowded periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).
Delivery of orders is ensured through courier companies, both in Romania and in the Member States of the European Union (“EU”), and outside the EU by Fan Courier or GLS. Once delivered, the parcels become the responsibility of the courier companies. PRANOYA is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the transport process.
Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code may be used for each order, and the code may not be added after placing the order. The promotional code can be used according to the displayed campaign, unless otherwise stated. Please see the individual offers for further details. Please note that some PROMOTIONS are country specific and not available in all territories.
As a user of the account created on the site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account data and password, respectively for all activities carried out through your account.
The user is fully responsible for ordering and using the products and storing them according to the instructions after purchase.
PRANOYA informs the User through this clause that the packaging of the products may differ from one product to another, and the photo displayed on the site is for information only.
Because we want to keep complete transparency on our products. As a result: the products are made in batches of 1000 or more pieces. Thus, we inform you that the chances of differences in texture and color between products, depending on the group they belong to, are extremely small. The differences are usually influenced by the ingredients used, which are natural (eg spirulina may differ depending on the season and the area where the raw material comes from).
Before unsealing and using our products, we recommend that you carefully read the ingredients they contain, and as long as you are allergic to any of the ingredients, do not use the product. You can consult the INGREDIENTS USED section on the website.
However, to the extent that you notice an allergic reaction (eg skin irritation) after using the product, stop using the product as a matter of urgency, and consult your doctor .
We also mention that the formulas for making the products NOT can be modified compared to the initial prescription, they have all the scientific and clinical studies necessary for marketing, being performed in prestigious laboratories. Thus, before using the product, we recommend that you read carefully the ingredients it contains, and insofar as you are allergic to one of the ingredients, NOT use the product.

The ingredients used in the manufacture of the products are of the highest quality, and the vast majority of customers have very good results, the results may differ from case to case, given that each body reacts differently.
The results may also be influenced by pre-existing consumer conditions.
PRANOYA disclaims any responsibility for any implied or implied warranties regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of the products. This clause does not limit in any way your rights conferred by law.
The content of the site belongs exclusively to PRANOYA, being reserved all the rights obtained in this respect.
PRANOYA reserves the right to use, but not limited to, any lines of code, algorithms, technical innovations, photographs and any other intellectual property rights regarding the site.
The user has only limited rights with respect to the site, as expressly set forth in this Agreement and has no other rights, implied or otherwise.
The site is licensed and not sold, the User having on it only a non-exclusive right to use.
It is forbidden to copy, distribute, publish, transfer, alter or modify the content of the site or the license to use the site.
The procedures of modification, translation, derivation or attempts to alter the site in order to identify the source code will be sanctioned according to Romanian law.
Any use of the site, information and data provided to the User for purposes other than those related to the fulfillment of your obligations is also prohibited.
The PRANOYA website and symbols are trademarks of PRANOYA DENTAL SRL.
The site is secure, being implemented the following technical and organizational measures:
- use of SSL certificates. SSL certificates encrypt information before it circulates over the Internet. Encrypted information can only be decrypted by the server to which it is addressed. This guarantees, in principle, that the information sent to a website will not be stolen or modified.
- restricting access to information according to user roles and permissions;
- access to databases is done by username and random password. Databases can only be accessed from the company network.
All card payments are processed by an authorized Banca Transilvania payment processor. For more details about the service offered by Ipay, please consult Terms and Conditions displayed on their website.

PRANOYA guarantees, in accordance with the law, the preservation of the confidentiality of the User’s personal data and his right to the protection of privacy.
The information provided by the User will remain the property of PRANOYA and will be used in relations with business partners exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations of the Contract.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) no. 679/2016, we may disclose your personal data to third parties, such as our proxies (the company that maintains the site, the accounting company) or service providers (ie Banca Transilvania, courier companies).

10.1.1. Individuals – consumers
In order to resolve any disagreements between you, as a consumer, and PRANOYA, as a seller, resulting from the Contract, we inform you that you can use the European online Dispute Resolution platform.
The European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR) is made available by the European Commission to increase the safety and fairness of online shopping by providing access to quality dispute resolution tools.

In order to resolve any misunderstandings between you, as a consumer and PRANOYA, as a seller, resulting from the Contract, we inform you that you can file a complaint with the National Authority for Consumer Protection.

10.1.2. Legal entities
In order to resolve any disagreements between you and PRANOYA, please contact us in order to resolve them amicably. To the extent that the Parties do not reach an agreement, the territorially competent court is the one at PRANOYA headquarters.
This Agreement will be concluded in Romanian and is governed by the laws of Romania.
