1. Delivery Methods

PRANOYA offers both road and air deliveries, covering a significant number of countries and ensuring the transportation of products to customers in optimal conditions.

1.1. International Road Deliveries

Products are delivered by road to 24 countries in Europe, with an estimated transit time of 2 to 6 working days.
Countries included are:

• Austria, Belgium, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

1.2. International Air Deliveries

Deliveries by air are available to any country in the world, providing global coverage for our international customers.

2. Transportation Costs and Payment

Payment for products and transportation is made in advance.
Delivery costs for orders from EU Member States or outside the EU are between 100 and 150 RON, unless free shipping applies, according to the conditions set for each country or region.

2.1. Customs Duties

For deliveries to non-EU countries, a customs fee will also be charged, which will be handled by the recipient when collecting the parcel.
Customers will be contacted by a customs representative for further details.

3. Payment Methods

Payment can be made online by bank card, through the payment processor Ipay (Banca Transilvania S.A.).
For more information about this service, customers are referred to the Terms and Conditions available on the Banca Transilvania website.

3.1. Payment Processing

PRANOYA stores only the card reference (a code), the expiration date and the first and last 4 digits of the card.
The rest of the data is processed exclusively by Banca Transilvania.

3.2. Bank Transfer

If payment cannot be made by Ipay, customers can opt for bank transfer.
In this situation, customers should contact PRANOYA to confirm product availability and payment amount.

After payment, customers are asked to send the payment order so that PRANOYA can process the order and ship the products as soon as possible.
