
Return Policy
According to legal regulations, customers who purchase products from the PRANOYA website have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, without giving any reasons for this decision.
This right gives consumers a cooling-off period during which they can evaluate the products purchased and decide whether they meet their expectations.
Steps to Exercise Your Right to Withdraw:
- Notification of Intention to Withdraw: Customers must express their intention to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the products.

- Return of Products: After the notification has been sent, the customer must return the products to PRANOYA within 14 days.
Products must be returned in their original condition, without signs of wear or damage.
Original packaging, labels and any accessories or accompanying documents must be intact.
Otherwise, the customer may be liable for diminished value. - Return Costs: The costs of returning products will be borne by the customer.
PRANOYA does not cover these costs unless otherwise agreed.
It is recommended that products are returned via a courier service that allows tracking of the parcel, to avoid any disputes regarding the delivery of returned products. - Refund of Amounts Paid: Once PRANOYA receives the returned products and confirms that they are in proper condition, the refund process will be initiated.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the products, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
In certain situations, PRANOYA may offer the customer the possibility to choose another method of refund, provided that this is mutually agreed by both parties.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
There are certain situations where the right of withdrawal does not apply:
- Unsealed Products: If the returned products are of a cosmetic nature or other similar products that come into direct contact with the skin and have been unsealed, they cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
- Damaged Products: If products show visible signs of wear, scratches, stains or other forms of damage that make them unsuitable for resale, they will not be accepted for return.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for proper handling of products during the cooling-off period.
Any use in excess of what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the product may result in diminished value for which the customer will be responsible.
